About this festival
Month-long fair at the foot of the Khandagiri Jain caves. Jatra (folk theatre) troupes from across Odisha, food stalls, giant wheels and folk dance — runs from Makar Sankranti until early February.

Evenings 18:00–22:00 are when Jatra folk-theatre troupes perform under the awnings.
