Kuldiha Wildlife Sanctuary is a sprawling forest reserve covering approximately 270 square kilometers in Balasore district. The sanctuary represents a pristine ecosystem with lush deciduous and mixed forests, perennial streams, and hilly terrain. Kuldiha is home to diverse wildlife including Asian elephants, Indian bison, sambhar deer, wild boar, and various species of birds including hornbills, eagles, and migratory waterfowl.
