Padmatola Sanctuary is a protected forest reserve located in the southern hills of Boudh district. Characterized by dense mixed deciduous forests, sal groves, and hilly terrain, the sanctuary is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including elephants, leopards, spotted deer, wild boars, and langurs. The sanctuary also features a scenic forest lake and is an important corridor for migratory elephant herds moving between Central and Western Odisha.
