Sailashree Palace is a grand historical residence located in the heart of Balangir town. Built in the early 20th century, it was the official palace of the Maharaja of Patna State (Balangir), one of the most prominent princely states in western Odisha. The palace exhibits a blend of traditional Indian and European architectural styles, with large arches, columns, spacious courtyards, and well-manicured gardens.
